I’ll never forget the day I realized my employees didn’t care about my business the way I did. There was an important project on the line, but I was the only one losing sleep over it. When I confronted my team, one of them said, “It’s just a job, right?” I was floored. I knew something had to change, because to me, this wasn’t just a job—it was everything.

I dove into the statistics and found that 67% of employees in the U.S. are disengaged—an alarming figure that leaves small businesses vulnerable to mistakes, missed opportunities, and dissatisfied customers. That’s when I decided to build a solution that helps owners like me transform “just a job” into “our shared mission.”
